Our log home features an interior of rustic country charm tastefully blended with modern comforts that offer a warm and informal hospitality.  Our property includes 75 acres of rolling fields and forests with lots of wildlife.

We are located in rural Perry County, just 1.5 hours south of St. Louis.  We are near many antique shops and wineries including Thousands Oaks Winery (www.1000-oaks-winery.com) only 15 miles south.  Guests can hike, fish, bird watch or just enjoy the outdoors.  There are also several golf courses in the area.   If you prefer a quiet getaway, you can sink into our comfortable couches in front of the fireplace in our great room.

A warm country breakfast greets you in the morning in the comfort of our main level dining room overlooking the deck and lake.

We offer 3 rooms at our bed and breakfast. The Cedar Room on the first floor has a full bed and attached private bath.  The Quilt Room, also located on first floor, features a queen bed, electric fireplace and private bath across the hall. The Cowboy Bunk Room is located on the first floor with a handmade twin over full bunkbed and luxurious linens. The room is decorated in a cowboy & western theme.
Wireless internet is available throughout the house! Our common areas include a great room, dining room, outdoor deck and porch on the main level. The first floor has a gathering room, full kitchen/bar and a patio with a swing and rocker.   The wine cellar is available for private tours.

We serve a variety of breakfast entrees including the following: Pancakes & Maple Syrup, “Free Range” eggs, ham, bacon, sawmill gravy, biscuits, country omelets, local honey, jams & jellies, granola, yogurt, coffee, juice, milk, and tea.  Complimentary soft drinks and snacks are always available.
